Tulsa Overground accepts submissions on a rolling basis. Feel free to submit at any time. Day or night, rain or shine. We love hot off the press work. We will absolutely watch it and consider it for our festival and other special screenings/events throughout the year.
Films must be no longer than 20 minutes. In most cases, the shorter, the better!
Entrants must submit either a VHS (NTSC), MINI DV (NTSC) OR DVD (NTSC) viewing copy for consideration.
DVD's must be formatted for REGION ZONE 1 / NORTH AMERICA
Please test your DVD on several makes and models of players before sending it.
Clearly label your submission with your name, phone number, email, film title and total running time.
Submitted films will not be returned.
Publicity material of any type is welcome, but not required. This may include photos/digital images/posters.
Include a $15 non-refundable entry fee per submission (if your submission contains more than one work, then please specify which work or works you would like to be considered, and include $15 per each).
