Tulsa Overground accepts submissions on a rolling basis. Feel free to submit at anytime. Day or night, rain or shine. We love hot off the press work. We will absolutely watch it and consider it for our festival and other special screenings/events throughout the year.

- Films must be no longer than 20 minutes. (Inside Tip: Since we show only 2 hours of short films each night, the shorter your film is, the better your chances are of being accepted!)
- Submit either a DVD (NTSC), MINI DV (NTSC) OR VHS (NTSC) viewing copy for consideration.
- DVD's must be formatted for REGION ZONE 1 / NORTH AMERICA.
- There is a $15 non-refundable fee per film (if your submission contains more than one work, then please specify which piece or pieces you are submitting and include $15 for each).
- Print out, fill out and include one entry form per submission. Read all instructions on form carefully.
